Por desgracia los servidores online de los videojuegos no duran eternamente y tarde o temprano acaban cerrando para siempre. No son especialmente pocos los títulos de Ubisoft que se han visto afectados por esta medida en alguna que otra ocasión, a los que se acaban de sumar bastantes más de hace un par de generaciones.
Como podemos ver en la página web oficial de la compañía, se ha actualizado la lista de juegos que han cerrado sus servidores y por lo tanto han perdido todas y cada una de sus funciones online. Prácticamente la mayoría corresponden a la época de PS3, Xbox 360 y Wii, aunque también hay varios de PS4, Xbox One, Wii U y PC.
Todos los que tuviesen funciones o modos de juego offline seguirán contando con ellos, pero por ejemplo las tablas de clasificación, los modos multijugador o contenidos para desbloquear, se perderán por completo.

Entre todos ellos destacan sobre todo varias entregas de Assassin's Creed, el primer Beyond Good and Evil o unos cuantos títulos de la serie Just Dance, aunque es una lástima que Ubisoft haya tomado esta decisión de forma tan repentina sin ningún aviso previo.
